I was concerned but as I stayed awake long after I should have put this installment down, Paisley did it! I laughed at them. I worried with and for them. I felt as if the characters were my friends. Like Rachael O'Brien who misses her friends while she is on vacation, I miss them too! Hurry! I want another installment!

Seems like danger follows her every where she goes!! Even though she finds herself in danger she still keeps me laughing. I love to read a book where I actually laugh out loud. My husband asked me the other night what I was reading that was so funny. So I told him another Rachael O'Brien book, that I'm almost finished and I'm a little sad because now I have to wait for the next one to come out. Paisley Ray has become my favorite author. I don't usually leave reviews. Have only done it for a couple of authors but I love a good read, I especially love to read series. I highly recommend anyone reading this review to start with book one Deep Fried and Pickled. You won't be able to stop untill you have read them all. Also coming from the south, I especially love reading about towns I am familiar with. She even mentioned my hometown of Hickory, NC. I never expected to see my small hometown mentioned in a book.

By Amazon Customer This is one of my favorite series, even though I'm in my mid-30s and it is about a college-aged girl! Maybe because it is set in the 80s and I can relate to so much that she experiences? I'm just worried that the series is going to end once Rachael graduates from college! Fingers crossed that she pursues her Masters.... :-) A quick read that is perfect for the beach or a road trip. And you can often find books from this series for free or less than $1 on Kindle! I recommend them all!
